Garrison Creek, Toronto

This Gin was inspired by Garrison Creek, an 8 kilometre stream that flowed from St Clair Avenue past College St and Trinity Bellwoods Park into Toronto Harbour. It was one of the hardest creeks to cross in a young and expanding Toronto in the early 1800’s. Garrison Creek has largely been covered over and filled in, but traces can still be found including the natural amphitheatre known as Christie Pits.

15% of profits from this Gin will be donated to The Toronto Green Community (TGC), a grassroots organization with a mission to engage the community in environmental initiatives and to live in sustainable communities with clean air and water.
